SPEAR THE SPADE (T&Cs)

How to Play

Spear the Spade is held every Friday between 5pm – 7pm.
For every $5 spent on drinks over the bar, you will receive one entry ticket into the draw.
If your ticket is drawn, you have a chance to throw a dart at the board to try and spear an unturned card.
When you throw the dart, you must be fully behind the designated line.
The dart must fully puncture (spear) a card - not just clip the edge.
If you do not spear an unturned card, another ticket is drawn and the process is repeated until someone spears an unturned card.
If you successfully spear a card, we then turn it and the game is finished for the night

Spear the Spade – Prize

If your speared card when revealed is the Ace of Spades, you win at least half of the prize pool*.
The prize pool jackpots by $100 each week until the Ace of Spades is speared.

Important Conditions

You must be present in the bar at the time of the draw to claim your ticket and select a card.
If the ticket holder does not make a claim within 1 minute, a new ticket will be drawn.
You must be a VIP Member of The Exchange Hotel Pingelly to win the full prize pool amount of the current prize pool.
- Non VIP-members will receive 50% of the prize amount. The remainder returns to the house.
Winners will be expected to stand for a photo so we can share on Social Media.
