*Visitors are not permitted upstairs. The accommodation floor is for booked guests only
*If any additional cleaning or replacement of linen is required, there will be an additional charge.
*Smoking IS NOT permitted inside the building at all.
*Please tidy up after yourself in the shared areas of kitchen, loungeroom and bathrooms.
*When using shared guest areas late at night or early mornings please be mindful that other guests may be sleeping
*Parents are to supervise their children at ALL times.
*Payment must be made prior to Check-In. Companies may pay by invoice at the completion of the stay however a credit card is still to be provided for security purposes.

* Check in is from 3pm - 8pm.
* Late check in available on request.
* Check out time is 10am.
